The Human Resources and Management course enables students to understand and master people management in a professional context. It emphasizes the strategic role of human resources (HR) in the development and performance of organizations, as well as the leadership skills necessary to effectively manage teams.  

  • Introduction to Human Resources: Exploration of the main HR functions, such as recruitment, talent management, compensation and benefits, as well as the strategic role of HR in the company.
  • Skills and talent management: An approach to skills assessment, career planning, and personal development techniques to optimize individual and collective performance.
  • Leadership and team management: Development of leadership skills, motivation management, and conflict resolution, with an emphasis on managing multicultural teams and business decision-making.
  • Performance management: Design and implementation of performance evaluation systems to encourage continuous improvement and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Labor law and social relations: Study of the legal aspects related to human resources, such as labor law, relations with trade unions, and conflict management within the company.
