• Supplier selection and management process, contract negotiation, and procurement risk management.
• Responsible and sustainable purchasing concepts, integrating social and environmental criteria into decision-making.
• Logistics and supply chain: Study of logistics systems and the management of the flow of goods and services, from suppliers to end customers.
• Inventory management tools, raw material requirements planning (MRP), and warehouse optimization.
• Using reverse logistics for returns management, recycling and waste reduction.
