  • Globalization and international trade: Analysis of global trends, trade flows, and the impact of globalization on businesses.
  • Strategies for entering foreign markets: Exploration of different approaches to penetrating foreign markets (joint ventures, partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, franchises).
  • Intercultural management: Understanding cultural differences and their impact on international negotiations, communication and team management.
  • Legal and political environment: Study of international regulations, trade agreements (WTO, EU, NAFTA) and geopolitical risks.
  • International Finance: Concepts of exchange rates, financing of international operations and management of financial risks on a global scale.
  • Social responsibility and sustainability: Impact of international business on sustainable development and ethical business practices.
